Earlier this month(October), I was reading Genesis and came to this passage:
Gen 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them,
Gen 6:2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose.
Gen 6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
Gen 6:4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
Gen 6:5 And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
Gen 6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
From this point, of course, came the condemnation of the world, and the instructions for Noah.
Keep those verses in mind, because Yahshua also referenced 'days' like the above....
Mat 24:37 But as the days of Noe were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Mat 24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
Mat 24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
Here is what came to my mind as I read Genesis 6, which emphasized verse 3...again, here...
Gen 6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
I guess I've always had a 'bigger scheme of things' vision(only by His mercy and grace, I will add), and He showed me the year 2012 many years ago, so the thought occurred to me:
"I wonder IF ANYTHING AT ALL occurred around 1892? (2012-120 years for 'a man'=1892). I found an amazing thing......
January 1, 1892 was the day Ellis Island opened its doors to IMMIGRANTS TO THIS COUNTRY. 'Many peoples, nations and tongues' started to flow into the U.S.A. You can confirm this at Wikipedia, as well as the Ellis Island website, and even history.com. I checked all three myself.
Does this show you what 'the beast' may be? I would say it is strong evidence for it.

God allows grace and forgiveness for a particular amount of time. It is interesting that not only in Genesis 6 does it say a man's life will be 120 years, but that is also the length of years of Moses. Moses interceded between God and the Hebrews. The idea of striving with men is also given in Torah, Exodus 20:21 if I remember correctly. We strive with God when we try to exhort OUR WILL against what He says is best for us. The end result is lawlessness. Yahshua intercedes like Moses did, but by Him we can circumcise our heart, to write His laws upon it, and therefore become ONE, instead of being against Him.
